it was accidental yes. I think gastropods are probably lacking enough solid matter to be able to “leather up” effectively. I have also found a leathery rat in the past and it was very light, crispy and strangely triangular in cross section.

I picked up a dead rat once while stacking wood. It was very light, badly decomposed, and leathery. What might the gastropod equivalent be? And was your horror story of an accidental occurrence as was mine?

What keywords are you targeting brau?

….mkay, you’re targeting ‘The moon underground – picture books by Richard Swan’ – which is basically lousy. Reads nicely, but a page title really does need to be of use to Google too.

You need to pack useful, but not too competitive keywords in there. And as you seem to have noticed, dropping the Richard Swan targeting might not hurt; you’re only going to get misguided traffic for a while yet from that keyword.

Concentrate on the stuff that tentative readers might search for in google, that do not already know you. Be more descriptive/specific.

Then make sure you’ve filed everything perfectly with google. And bing, if you give a huff.

And while the list does go on and on, Google has never been happy about landing pages like yours. That is why your main website listing in google has only ‘Enter’ in the subtext. You need an actual body of keyword-rich text there, on your very first page, if you want to play the SEO game.

That said, I was enthusiastically trying to show your site to my wifey, not least of all because I did enjoy the textless design, and thought she might too!
